JS-SC-80S Blow-Type Automatic Screw Feeder for Screw Locking Machines
A production-capable automatic screw locking machine needs to be combined with multiple accessories. One of the configurations is called a blow-feed screw feeder, which can automatically feed screws to the electric screwdriver head and then allow the platform to complete the screw locking process. The product we would like to introduce to all business owners today is the JS-SC-80S blow-feed feeder.
Product Introduction / PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
A production-capable automatic screw locking machine needs to be combined with multiple accessories. One of the configurations is called a blow-feed screw feeder, which can automatically feed screws to the electric screwdriver head and then allow the platform to complete the screw locking process. The product we would like to introduce to all business owners today is the JS-SC-80S blow-feed feeder.

Composition of the Blow-Feed Screw Feeder
Compared with a handheld screw locking machine, the feeder does not come with an electric screwdriver or a nosepiece. The other accessories are not very different, but it has fewer functions. The screw feeding method is exactly the same, while the price and cost are much lower. Customers who need this type of product can contact Jushi directly. We supply directly from the manufacturer with favorable prices.

Applicable Screw Specifications
Screw specifications, screw locking speed, and machine price are the three main factors. Today, let’s talk about screw specifications. Blow-feed screw feeding has its advantages, but it also has certain limitations, and these limitations mainly come from the screw specifications.
For example, if the screw head diameter is 5 mm, the total screw length needs to be more than 6.5 mm. If the screw length is lower than this value, a blow-feed screw feeder cannot be used. This is called the screw ratio requirement. If the screw does not meet this ratio, it will affect the screw orientation inside the feeding tube. Once the screw orientation is incorrect, screw jamming can easily occur. Therefore, the screw ratio is the key limiting factor for using a blow-feed feeder.
To choose suitable equipment for your factory, customers need to provide the screw dimensions, including the screw head diameter, total screw length, and screw shaft diameter. Product images are also needed, with the screw locking positions clearly marked. In addition, the screw type and production requirements, such as yield rate and screw locking speed, should also be provided.
The screw dimensions directly affect the selection of accessories for the blow-feed screw feeder, while the feeding speed affects the screw locking speed. These are all important factors that need to be considered. By evaluating these aspects in advance, you can reduce the risk of the equipment failing to meet production requirements during actual use, which would otherwise become an awkward situation.
Disadvantages of the Blow-Feed Screw Feeder
The disadvantages are also quite obvious. It can only be used for a single screw specification. If the screw head diameter and screw shaft diameter remain unchanged, using slightly longer or shorter screws will not have much impact. However, if these two key parameters change, it will definitely affect screw feeding.
Ideally, the ratio should be controlled at around 1:1.3. In other words, if the screw head diameter is 1, the total screw length needs to reach 1.3. Otherwise, screw locking may not be achieved properly.
Summary of the Blow-Feed Feeder
To choose a suitable screw locking machine, customers need to provide the required product and screws so that the factory can make an accurate evaluation. The market profit margin is now very transparent. If the corresponding product and screw samples are not provided, it is easy to estimate the wrong price. Therefore, when consulting about the machine, customers are welcome to provide the screws and product to the factory for evaluation.
